Ingredients

1/3 cup rice vinegar

½ cup slivered almond, toasted

½ cup vegetable oil

½ cup green onions, sliced

1 cup carrots, shredded

2 cups red cabbage, shredded

4 cups green cabbage, shredded

2 packages of ramen noodles, break them into chunks

2 tbsp sugar

Cooking Instructions

1. First, prepare all the vegetables and wash them cleanly.

2. Shred the carrots, red cabbage, and green cabbage. Next, slice the onion then crack the ramen noodles into chunks. If you do not crack it, it will be hard for you to eat it later, as the noodle will be too long to be eaten at once.
